The house
“I know it’s not cool to say you love your family and are grateful for them, but I am and this song expresses my gratitude in the only way I know how. I am very lucky to have had them in my life”
If a song could be a hug (or “cwtch” if you’re from Wales) this would be it. A country power ballad seared though with emotion, from warmth of the first piano chord through to the climactic lifting finish. A story of a family home, rebellion, acceptance and above all love.
Rebecca loved collaborating with Stef Judd (Flatland Kings) at The Stable Studio, Norfolk to create a rich full Nashville styled sound that would sit equally comfortably alongside any modern or traditional country playlist.

““The House” brilliantly conveys that sentiment that being stuck with family through thick and thin may sound problematic, but in hindsight, is one of life’s greatest advantages.”
